1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, manuals, or free gifts included.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

• The return request must be initiated within 7 working days of receiving the product.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.

2. Return Timeframe

You must notify us within 7 working days from the date of delivery to request a return.
For damaged or defective products, you must inform us within 72 HOURS of delivery with proper photo or video proof.

Return requests made after the specified period may not be accepted.
